Hey,Luis,There was a long story in that frame,
I bought an antique painting from an old church few years ago.When I cleaned it,I find a vacant dated letter-paper in back of that painting, it was from 75 years before. it's a church candle shop's letter-paper,and that's so strange ,because their address was near by my nowaday home.so I collected it!

I find this so affecting. I've been staring at it, wondering why besides all the obvious reasons: beautiful model, beautiful light, beautiful delicately desturated colours. And then I got it -- Kevin Collier is right -- it's in the framed green print. It was hanging on the wall above the bureau, but she took it down and rested it on the bureau, so she could be closer to it. It's precious, because it was made by her lover who gave it to her as a gift. He has since left her, and the print is all she has left of him. She misses him terribly. There's a word in Finnish for this picture and its visual language: Mahtava! (Fantastic!) Maleonn, you are a master of pictorial storytelling. Rgds, Svend
