Shelly. Thankyou for your comments. I use many programs, but this particular frame can be found in PSP 8 under Picture Frames. Very easy step to do.

I love the photo. This is how you paint with light. Very well done.
Now please tell me how you did the frame on this image. Is it a program or is it something you had to put together in photoshop.
