The noise is the jpeg compression. I usually optimize to 100K and this time Photoshop got a compression setting of less than 50. which is bad, but the image has too many elements and jpeg is only as good as that... :-/
The oversaturation is on purpose. The palette colors are what make the picture different. besides it has that "Over-Everything" 80's feel to it, that's why I called it Retro.

there is some noise in the skin I can't explain why; the colors are too saturated perhaps and the metallic piece on the arm of the model on the left disturbs in composition terms
