Chuck, I've just viewed your portfolio and I'm so ashamed. Of all the times I've viewed and admired your wonderful wildlife pics I've only commented once prior to today. I can't imagine how that's happened so I'm adding you to my friends list so that it doesn't happen again.
I've chosen this pic to add this apology because of it's clarity, beauty, grace and drama. You certainly are a master with that D70. My compliments.

Thanks much Sam, This was shot around 8am when the sun was still fairly low in the sky, and the Osprey was only about 30ft in the air accounting for the exposure against the sky.
