Jiangong, Lijiang has indeed been seeing many, many tourists. In fact, while in Lijiang, I discovered that if I wanted any photos that didn't include the throngs of tourists being led around, I had to be up and taking photos at 6 a.m. Any later than 7 o'clock and that meant having to fight through the crowds. I must say tho, the crowds are smaller in western China than here in the east, where there are many more people living.

Nice composition! But I heard Lijiang is being over-developed and ruined by tourist floods.

must be easy to get lost down there if you don't know where you are. this composition is wonderful and so organic. great capture! Sure beats the very standardized style of ugly pink houses all lined up evenly here. China looks fantasitc through your lens. Gotta visit.!
