In all sincerity Chris, this is MAGNIFICENT. The PS work that you've done on it is tremendous. Even on a monitor it gives the impression of oil paint on canvas, and the feathers of the flamin joes is so detailed. One minor query though. What's the little triangular arrow on the LH side, in the tree reflection. It seems out of place. I may be nit picking, so shoot me down if I am.

I'd love to tell you how I did this but time really doesn't permit! Except to say that it was done using a combination of layers, filter effects (including 'glowing edges' and 'dry brush' and 'gaussian blur'), blending modes and the art history brush!!
I've learnt most of what I now about Photshop from the excellent Digital Photo magazine!!
