Good shot! and composition. but I do see some lens flare. I may be caused by a dirty lens or a filter. At night I do not use filters, because I seem to get lens flare.
But is a great shot!
Have you had any problems with scratched film in your camera. Nikon N80 seem to have a problem with that? just wondering because I am thinking about getting a N80.

Its so hard to take pics of fireworks!! Here in jeddah w have something like a shopping festival every Thursday there r fire works they r so close to were we live I could take pics from the balcony! Off course it was impossible with out a tripod today I got one, LOL here I go again blabbing about me!!! Good pic :)
Actually its very good for a first firework shot! Keep it up
