It's funny, I had nearly the same line of trees in front of me when I took firework shots last week. The ones I liked best were close-ups with the trees left out. Not that they are so bad, but something like a harbor with bridges or boats is more effective I think.

i like to play with pics of fireworks, have you ever tried in negative and then sepia or b/w? The result always amazes me! :-)
