These Jasmine-like flowers turn into the delicious papaya fruits. Can you believe it? If you don't wait for my next picture, "seeing is believing". Papaya trees are supposedly indigenous to the West Indies and South America. They were then carried by the Spanish to Phillippines in the mid 1500's. From there it went to Malaysia then India and reached Hawaii in 1800-1820's. Thanks to all the "Senor Johny PapayaSeeds", I s'pose:-)!!
Excellent photo, Sudhir. Thank you for your comment on my "Guest on our window" We have the some kind of mosquito here in Israel too and some people died of West Nile fever last year. Regards, Rafi
