Hi Walter, The rolls of hay create a perfect sense of perspective and depth in this shot. Expertly composed, and a very tranquil and relaxing atmosphere. The soft tones could, IMO, be a tad stronger, and a bit of brightness would do the photo no harm, but that's a minor thing, the subdued tones fint nicely with the atmosphere as they are now. I love the zig-zagging pattern those heaps are placed in, adding alot of tension to this shot too. A very, VERY nice one!
Cheers,
Hugo

Hi Walter, nice Landschaft and very familiar (as you know i just got back from Cinque Terre, so i saw this type of scene on the Po ebene. I too think the light is a little flat, but that is something we can't always choose :) I like the scene and it reminds me of italy.

Grazie A presto ...Walter

Hi,Walter! This is an impressive and unusual composition... It tells a story about a distant land.. I see you use the Velvia...so I think there?s a problem with the lab which works to you..or lights in Italy are different or your colors wouldn?t look a bit "washed"... As Hugo says... In My Opinion... ( I love colors... and sun shines in a different way here.. )... I?ve tried some curves adjusts in PS... hope you don?t mind...
But beautiful, anyway. 7! Thank you for commenting! Ciao, Carmem
