Great shot, Arwa! Very well exposed, and I think the tilt in this one is excellent.
As to the composition, I think a tighter crop below and on top of the image might remove some of the distractions.

hmmmm.. what an interesting shot..! I have a similar "sorta" shot that I took in the Saudi Village - Global Village.. :) try doing a horizontal shot..nice colors and DOF :)
