About I saw so many of these "markers" on the sides of the country roads in New Hampshire and Vermont.....the field in the background is freshly plowed. Everything is coming to life, and there is cow manure EVERYWHERE.

Yes a poignant reminder of how people get killed in car accidents along country roads. I see that around here in rural areas alot. The sky and darkened landscape adds to the atmosphere. I also like Dina's sepia version.

wow....sorry to offend you Ana. I guess I am a moron, I forgot that some artists sacrifice humor for their "art".

Bradley you gave m e the idea as my english is very poor i yet liked a lot the word : Shallow photo, precisely, you'd better learn with your eyes than trying to amuse yourself like a morron

Very pretty photo The dark toning makes the image moody. I wish the sky had all been as dark as on the right side but, we can't have it all, can we? Excellent composition, awesome, natural colours.
Great capture, Brad

I love the natural colors and the slight underexposure. Good comp. Cheers! Carlheinz

Brad, I see this spectacular shots two other ways and i will post both... the first is just sepia, more contrast and sharpening...

The second version is a textured canvas look...
