What a wonderful photo, I love it! I know what you mean when you write "she was almost one of them" it really does feel like that. Kind of old fairytale mood.

poetic and detailed! It is as if the lady has no feet but two birds there! Congratulations... do not crop it at all, it is geometric and adds to detail right now. I like the small details on the walls and the mood, I like everything!

Ted - This is perfect now. I understand the concern with being obtrusive.

Thanks Bill for your kind comment. I couldn't get closer because she was looking at the people passing by and didn't seem to like photographers very much. So she would have been less relaxed. See my comment above with new crop. Thanks again.

Thank you for your comment, I looked at the crop again. But I don't want the image to become square you know, so that's why I made this chioce. I cropped it once again and this is the result. I love your work by the way. Ted

Ted - This is a wonderfull study of the old woman as she appearsto be feeding the pegions. I like the motion and intersction that you have captured here. The lighting is perfect and adds well to the details and mood of this image. Like others, I too would suggest cropping the tree from the right side of the image. It does not add to the picture in a positive way. If you could have eliminated it at the click of the shutter, even better.
Thank you for your kind words on my moon image.
Regards - Bill
