Maybe you're right Roger. I didn't do any adjustments though. Digital photographs just tend to be more colorful.
And I think this is a butterfly because of its antennae and the fact that it was out during the day, but it does kind of look like a moth, doesn't it?

My temptation is to reach for the colour temperature correction menu and cool this down a bit. But knowing your approach, I guess these really were the colours you saw. I wonder what the butterfly (or was it a moth) saw? I really enjoy macros, particularly interesting ones like this.
