This shot turned out very nice, Linn. I know how hard you worked for it, and I'm sure everyone appreciates how you managed to show the details on the white petals! HB

Thank you Lou :-) I was puzzled by what seems to be fringing and I inspected the flowers carefully. I has a slight tinge on the edge of the petals and the camera exagerates it. I don't know why I persist to photograph white flowers because it drives me nuts! I guess it is the challenge, and hopefully one day I will get that super duper "white shot" :-)) Linn

Thanks for the info Micky! I tried photographing it two days in a row and shot about 50 images. Still not entirely happy :-) Have a great day! Linn

Hi Linn, the plant is called Ornithoglum, sometimes referred to as Chinchincheree, goodness knows why!you have captured it well with good detail in the white petals, the diagonal placement in the frame works well. Regards Micky.

Linn, this is an exquisite flower shot. Great range and subtlety. I know how hard that is to achieve. Well done. Lou

Don't know what it's called Linn, but it sure is pretty! I especially like the one that is highlighted just right, it really stands out from the others.
Nice work, Lori :)
