that sounds like a deal, if I will be in Geneva once...
I went some years ago to Lausanne for business reason and spend two nights in an old, scary looking hotel 'breakfast with view' included.
In the middle of Lausanne, close to the Lac Leman, don't know anymore the name, but the steak tartare there was the best I ever had ;)

A school for young children with extensive gardens... in need of major repair... so makes for an interesting project... give the Nuns a rebuilt school, build an old folks residence, maintain the gardens and build 20 or so town houses to pay for it all... interesting for flying visits and a piknik with a view... you bring the cheese, I'll have the wine...
