Wow! Razor sharp, and the back lighting is excellent. Very well exposed, and the post-processing on the leaves is very well done. I like the black background, as it makes the leaf jump right out of my screen, but I think I would remove the few blurred spots on the lower edge too.
The dodging of the small shadow you mention, did you do that on the small vertical strip on the top left of the leaf pointing towards the camera? It looks a bit fuzzier than the others... Maybe a local sharpening would solve that...
