this is one of the best night shots I've seen recently!
I probably wouldn't attempt such a slow exposure without a steady support,but you did - and I think the blurring -more than the eyecatching colours- is what makes this image so special.
keep shooting,nenad ;-)
ps. I think your samsung isn't capable of such a slow shutter speed + wide aperture.. ;-p

This is a very eyecatching shot and I think it could have been wonderful if you'd used a tripod but I find the wobble interesting but essentially unnecessary. Great colour though.
