The contrast of the sky and the white waves is great
The little silhouette of the person is a well composed accent. The framing by the plants in the foreground enhances the feeling of depth.

Hi Roger, I love the dark tones and tonal range. It embeds a very strong atmosphere in this scene. It is composed of a variety of things; the framing by the twigs in the foreground, the "devine" light and cloudscape, and the boy and "his" gull. They form the elements of a very dynamic shot. Very impressive shot.
