I very rarely like when people turn photos into lineart, but this is very good and you show excellent restraint and subtlety in this effort.

I wonder, why the crop? Looking at the original photo, I can imagine that the sky in the top left part would have been empty in this line art version, but on the other hand I think the strong lines of the rest of the house would have been quite suitable for this graphical rendition. The other thing is that the bird as well as the roof corner seem to have lost sharpness.
