The Canadians were wonderful to train with. They were professionals of the highest caliber. When we were fortuneate enough to visit them in Esquimalt, they were magnificent hosts.

A rather interesting photo, I must say. The ships are actually Destroyers from the Canadian Pacific Fleet, based in British Columbia. All these ships have been long since been retired, but in their prime were considered the Cadillacs of the NATO fleet in ASW operation. As Canadians we have always welcomed our southern neighbours, and we are glad that they feel the same towards us Canucks.
