Here is another landmark where I made a gravure in negative. I won the Prix de la Photographie Paris 2nd place with this 'Day for Night' series.
It does not have the edging as you saw on my hand coated platinum print.

Very straight-forward view of the Eiffel, but when one takes a picture of the Eiffel one has done it oneself so it's always unique.

The rough edge marks are the actual platinum emulsion that is outside the edge of the 8x10 negative when printed. Thanks for your comment...
