For a night shot, the lighting is surprising but the image could ise some sharpness

As a test it's not bad. Suprisingly nice colours for a night shot. The wind however moved the object. Apart from this, I don't know what you are showing us .... :-))
About "colourful venice", it's always tricky to find a balance between fore- and background, the things higher than your viewpoint without getting things tilted.
A better camera will solve those problems however....:-)
