Cris,
What you have here are very good elements to work with. The Ocean, Rocks, Sunlight.
Personally I would have gotten down a little lower on the perspective side. I am also a sucker for slower shutter speeds. Was it a tad bit windy there? It appears soft and I am wondering if the wind was shaking the Tripod a little. I find that rocks are wonderful foundations for composisiton. You have done a decent job.
