aaah, u should have to set ur camera at low speed " shutter " in order to make ur voyage look like foggy , and set ur camera at f22 to get a sharp details, recommended use cable release and tripod, try experment with filters like nd2 to avoid a strong light......

the concepts of work is great but its just matter of technical.
