Nice composition, very good control over the light. However one thing I would change is to crop out the black part at the bottom of the photo. It would be nice to have it visible, but that would mean longer exposure, so the sky would get overexposed. I would prefer, the same way you did, to have the right exposure for the skye. However, then we get back to cropping out the black down poart of the picture, because it doesn't bring anything into the composition. see the attachement to judge for yourself if it looks better.
