I couldn't think of a more perfect moment to capture during a conversation. She appears rather excited to see him, perhaps she has just picked him up at the airport(or vise versa). Or it could possibly be that they just "ran into each other" after not seeing each other a while. Her expression is rather sentimental and true, which is very hard to try and recreate in a posed shot, which makes this candid image work so well. I also love the intimacy of the shot, which I think that the b&w and slight grain only seem to enhance. Wonderful work~

I really like this photo because of its natural and candid look. Nice composition and exposure. It really looks as a moment in life - very alive and emotional!

I love candid portraiture, this is full of life. Thank you for your comment on Dawn Break. You can find the other one in a few places. Here, under my portfolio, it is 3rd in Community Favourites, Editor's Choice or even my website. www.djphotography.net.

Very nice photo, very well composed, it seems a scene from a movie indeed! I like her expression, she's communicating with her eyes, very good B/W with excellent tones. Dear old Pentax, I had one many years ago, but I sold it, now I regret!! Bye Max
