Beautiful girl. The composition is lovely. It is avery dreamy picture.
I agree with the comments about the image being flat. It looks a little under exposed to me.
There are also some streaks running through the image.
I added the catchlights in the eyes.

Subhash, You could have added catch light by positioning a small candle light on the right side of camera covered with translucent paper. I think that would have added more dimension. Although I love this photograph. It reminds me of my trial & error on similar composition.

Slight bright spot in the inner left eye is distractive (to be nit-picky) although it is an emaculate composition! It's great if you can have your children model so well!! Reflects well on the parenting skills:-)!

I like the subject, the composition and the softness very much, but the contrast is a bit weak for my taste. It would be nice to have a bit more sparkle in her eyes too.
