Thanks for the comments. This photo was a 20 sec exposure. I asked the people to stand still until I told them to move. They were all nice enough to comply. This is a bad scan of the image.

I found this in your portfolio and have to say I find it really fascinating. Long exposures at the carnivals can make for some colorful shots and getting people in them (standing still is a plus) heightens the interest. I might up the saturation a bit and darken the blacks (contrast) but otherwise this is a winner. The motion in the ride to the far left is great. I can't wait for the summer festivals to begin so I can give this a try. Thanks for the idea.
