Nicely caught Khoi, the flash illuminates the figure well but the background is dark creating a good contrast between light and dark.What did you use as background as there's no reflection?

This angle of lighting is seldom used, at least from what I'm seeing in Usefilm. This is a fantastic example, Khoi. Great for still lifes and figurines, and sometimes portraits. You have the right amount of sharpness. Too much sharpness makes the highlights appear too harsh at times. There is a nice diffuser effect around the figure's head, like a halo. Well done.

Nice image and capture. That last image of mine you look at was taken at a local lake named Lake Berryessa CA. I forgot what else you asked I got kicked of the Internet and lost my train of thought. I like Maui went there on a second honeymoon. No I haven't been to Sanford yet.
