Not one of your best shots, but still a good one (better then mine for sure ;-) ). The shadows don't bother me at all, except maybe the one on her belly, as for her pose, not sure about the way she holds her feet, flat on the floor might look more relaxed. The image looks rather soft on my monitor too...

Great try
I might suggest that you have her stretch out her right leg a little more to reduce the size of her thighs.
also clean up some of the shaddows and artifacts in PS
