About	This scene is shot in Kings Canyon, Australia. While walking here it struck me that this is a very hard place to live for nature. But always life finds ways to live in such rugged places.

Hi, it has been a while since I took this picture (2002) but if I recall I might have upped the saturation a bit but since it was shot with a regular P&S I didn't use a polarizing filter. I do recall stark blue skies though.

Ah, I just looked up the original and attached it. It was only slightly less blue.

the sky is too polarised.. it look unatural I have been to Kings and dont recall that blue..

Again, so beautiful deep colours! Lovely composition and the tree is both interesting and very beautiful! Even here I like the tiny little moon trying to hide in the background!
