I agree about it being so far away... as well, the foreground is so much brighter than the subject that he gets lost in the darkness. Try getting closer, and if you have a wide lens you can still rely the message about laziness.

hmm...don't know what to say...the subject definitely has an interesting expression, but it is too far away. Getting closer may not only give a better view of the model, but also get rid of some distractig elements such as the window and cabinet..
