Another of your excellent and, alas, parcimonious contributions. The effect you have used has the exact amount of effect on the background to avoid confusion. Now, it serves to highlight the white and greys of the birch in a delicate way.

I am fine... thanks for asking... I have started to prepare my images for printing and offering a smaller version for viewing on the web which may not have the same edge fidelity as if I had prepared it strictly for on-line viewing.

That light looks very attractive indeed. The warm tones of the background go very well with the white of the birch. It's a nice photo.
