YUP,
The lamp looks like it's coming out of her right knee and her legs look a bit crowded. Try stretching out her legs a little more in which will give it a more natural oriented feeling.(less of a bend).

I do not pose or photograph people very well so maybe I should not even comment on this one, but, I agree with TK about the b/g. Maybe something that makes it look like an office. Also, looking at her feet cause me pain, They look so uncomfortable posed like that. Howwever, the rest I like.
