Hi Ursula,
Great shot for a very hard thing to do. I have learned that here in Arizona a shot to the North provides the bluest sky. I am impressed with your portfolio and highly impressed with the quality of your 5050z. Are you happy with this cam? Let me know your thoughts on it. I am going to upgrade and have been looking at these.

Lovely landscape Ursula. Really beautiful colour for that time of day.
It seems to do really well outdoors I find. Actually am trying it for portraits too now and I did do that light painting one with it. I was amazed at how little noise it had on such a long exposure.
Anna K explained light painting the other day on one of her wonderful portraits. I had admired it but did not know how it was done. She uses a 15 watt bulb, and long exposure time on f11. Our camera only goes to f8 so that is what I did mine at. Completely dark room, very still model and I slowly 'painted' my light source over her. Seemed to work...I had to adjust it in PS though as on first looking at the image I could only see shadows.
