Interesting concept, but it's rather dark. I know that it's hard to be where you want to be when you need to be there while travelling, but I wonder if you could try this while there is still light in the sky. This way, there would be fewer pitch-black areas, and you wouldn't need to worry about the lights turning into blobs. This would also give a little more detail in the passers-by.
