This is a good composition and a good perspective...a bit too broight in the upper right...but the dof works well and the foreground clarity really makes the composition work
...and now I can see the folds...I asked about them because I took it all the way to black...I thought...keen eye on your part...thanks again...I should have printed it before I posted it...could have caught it...thanks again
Fantastic image Craig, it's so simple yet it works so well. The composition is excellent, and the colours are just right too - my attention goes to the grasses, but the mountain in the background adds extra interest. I've got a Canon PowerShot G5 and I often use a Cokin polariser - this would have made the sky a deeper blue colour in this shot if there wasn't too much mist (?), and it's something you should consider buying (if you haven't already).
