Great colors, great lighting, terrific composition. Did you hire the gull to stand in that perfect location? I hope you got a model release...

I like this as well. The bird adds a very special element to this image in my opinion. Because of the bird, the backlighting works well. Still, a graduated colored filter would have even helped this image more. Would have softened the light some and added a bit of whatever color you wanted. Nice shot.
