You nailed this one Jim. The exposure on the whites are perfect. Clarity, background and illumination could not be better. The only thing I would change would be the camera angle. When shooting birds it's best to get eye level with them. That is if the background allows that.

Nice shot. For some reason, though the Ibis is clear, the water looks noisy? Nice color and sharpness. Have you seen any of my "Egret" shots? You might be interested in seeing them; I have several in my portfolio.
