Thanks Mike, But you know, to each his own. I really like selective focus in regard to portraiture. The eyes are the windows to the soul. I don't think you can get any more intimate with a subject than to get right in their face and peer, or rather, be allowed to peer into their most guarded gates. in anycase, I will submit another "in thier face " portraits of a friends daughter, I guess this is just my style. Thanks for the comments

Nothing ruins a good protrait like an out of focus chin?!? It's all in the eyes (which are striking and in focus, BTW) - I wouldn't change a thing. Lovely!
