Simplt stunning. What a great capture. The angle and the pattern of the rocks make an amazing background for the simple gesture. This has very nice contrast, and is lighted very nicely. I can feel the rocks just by looking at it. Nice work.

I like this photo a lot, Lowell - such wonderful shapes and tones! The wall looks as though it goes off into infinity, and the random arrangement and roundness of the stones make it look almost organic. I imagine the person 'seeing' the wall through his/her hand - as a blind person would.
