The lens is a very cheap - a Nikkor 70-300mm (at 300mm). The noise is caused by 3 things: The cheap lens, the JPG format, and the sharpening.

An amazing beauty!! You have captured the movenment on the wings very well. Here in The Netherlands we don't have such birds... I am a bit jealous of you... you see them even at your coffe! Great composition and lightning, what more can I say? My best regards,
