It will not let me right click on the page so I can show you how I would make it better but I really like the original ... again jus tmy opinion but I think the girls are beautiful in this image and dont need alot of effects to make them stand out .....I would lessen the back round effect and take out the fence ... WOnderful Image but then again you have a beautiful little girl .....

Lissa, here is the original with only change to BW. I also have the color version but it is very bright and bold and did not lend the feel I wanted for the overall pic. But would be glad to show you that one as well.

Peta and Lissa,
Yeah, I did not bother me to much before; but now that you mention it; it does look a bit odd. I will post the original and plan to work on some more. Thanks for your honest critiques.

Very cute capture Karen. I tend to agree with Lissa about the blurring and blending it just a little more.

....beautiful photo Karen. I hope you'll print and save it as in years to come, these kids will cherish such photos. I took a shot at sending you an email. I had sent a Use Film Postcard earlier re your questions, but maybe you didn't get it? Cheers. Craig

Very sweet capture of the kids, they look gorgeous! And quality is great of them! I don't really like the blurring of the background though. It feels a bit unnatural because they get a light line around them.

A couple of cuties. Your lighting is just right for this picture. Nice and soft. I like this in black and white. I have added a drop shadow so you can see what it does for the picture. Don.

I disagree with the thought this is not to much .... I do love this image but they seam to be floating a bit ....the harsh edges make them feel a little cut out from the picture ... Sorry to the only one ....maybe if you softend their edges ... just a bit this would go away for me ... I would like to see the original ....

Very intersting PS effect - just in the wright amount to get the objetctive - fix the attenction of the viewr in the two beautiful and cute girls in the center. Also liked theirs expressions and the clarity over the two girls. Excelent Job, Karen.

Very nice Karen! Usually when ps is explored people(including me) tend to get a bit trigger happy. This hasn't happened here. The motion blur works and the beautiful children are still easy to look at.
Good work!

Karen, this is a lovely image, the motion blur effect is nicely done and centres the attention on the girls, perhaps a little less bluring in the fg would improve it, but that's just my tastes, well done - Richard.
