Joffre,
I think your highlight detail is just perfect, which means that you need to somehow fill in the rest of the image with more light without pushing the highlight up further.

I think some of that could be acheived in printing or in development, but more light would make this perfect.

Roy,
I agree with you about the 1/2 stop ... I had a small white reflector shining into the bottom half, but it wasn't quite enough. I should have bracketed ...

Such a nice simple composition. I imagine that the print is much more magnificient than this appears. Nonetheless I think a BIT more light (say 1/2 a stop) throughout the image in the non-highlight areas would really help it.

Great image, but I wish the contrast was a touch lower so that the lower half was more visible.
