About No PS, no multiple exposure, but strobe flash: set Metz Mecablitz 40-MZ3i to 3 flashes at a frequency of 3Hz, therefore you need exposure time of 1sec. Move your hand and release ;-) This was the only good one out of a series of 20 shots.
Wide aperture was needed because strobe flash has only 1/8 of the usual power; in combination with the umbrella used as a reflector and the slow film you end up at f/1.4.
