if you burn in the top corners i think the image would look much better overall. get them as dark as the bottom corners so there is a nice vingetting look. just my thougths

Very interesting also as a docu shot, but supposedly it was not...reminds me of these pictures against girl's prostitution in asia.
Very good color composition corresponding to posing and face.
