With respect to Riny opinion I prefer your version, enhances the POV, give some scale and so image is not so flat.

I like your idea. I have intentionally kept the shadow of the tree. Even I was aware about it when it snapped. We Indians have an habit of keeping some additional items in the background to give the image some value addition. Thank you so much for your concern. I would like to receive such critique from you for my future projects also.
