About	Water Holes is another beautiful slot canyon that cuts through the red Navajo sandstone rocks around Lake Powell, only a few miles from Page, AZ and Antelope Canyon. Water Holes Canyon is not as well known as Antelope and is rarely visited, though this will probably change. RGB image converted to grayscale. I like how the shadows and texture create an abstract image and near optical illusion, especially with gray tones.

Cool optical illustion. I'm into b/w lately (I work on color photos all day so b/w is a bit of a relief) and this caught my eye because of the great range of tones and visual interest as a design, as opposed to a place. I can't tell which rock is in front so I could look at it all day and still find it intriguing (yeah, I know, I have to get a life).

This is almost an optical illusion . . . inside or outside. I have seen a lot of these in color but not many in b+w. I like it.
