Hi Clay, it's like a lot of things these days. It was all about the money. The town bought the entire marina and buildings. They tore everything down and started charging the long time fisherman a small fortune to dock there. It's lost all it's charm now.

Wonderful shot Mike. Why did they tear it down? From your picture you can see the right corner of the roof isn't doing to well. Did it become unsafe to live in?
